Cybersecurity dynamics is a mathematical approach to modeling and analyzing cyber attacker-defender interactions in networks. In this paper, we advance the state-of-the-art characterizing one kind of cybersecurity dynamics, known as preventive reactive defense dynamics , which family highly nonlinear dynamical system models. We prove that its general form with xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">time-dependent parameters xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">globally attractive when time-dependent are xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">ergodic xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">(almost) periodic have stronger properties being . Our results supersede ones, including recent result same special case xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">time-independent convergent This paper represents significant network science theoretical because it makes so-far weakest assumptions compared literature results.
